Every new client begins with a one-on-one introductory session designed to understand how you move, what you need, and how to train safely and effectively. The session combines a brief movement assessment with guided strength training informed by Pilates principles, offering a clear introduction to our coaching style and training method.

The focus is on precision, control, and alignment to create a strong foundation for intelligent, long term training. Clients receive a brief summary of their assessment, highlighting key observations and training considerations to guide ongoing work.

Ongoing Private Training

Private training continues with one-on-one strength training sessions built from your initial assessment and informed by Pilates principles for alignment, control, and mobility. Training is structured, progressive, and tailored to your goals, movement patterns, and training history.

Each session emphasizes precision driven strength work to support long term progress and confidence. Clients train on a consistent schedule to build momentum and ensure safe, sustainable results.
