Where are you located?
We are located on 366 NY Avenue at the corner of Carroll Street in Crown Heights. Please enter through the side entrance.
What should I wear to class?
Wear comfortable, breathable clothing that allows you to move freely. Leggings and a fitted top work well. Choose attire that supports ease of movement and comfort throughout your session.
Can I wear my regular shoes inside?
To maintain a clean training environment, street shoes are not permitted inside the studio. Please leave them on the shoe rack and train in socks or bring a pair of dedicated studio shoes.
Are babies allowed in the studio?
Babies are welcome only during our designated Mom & Baby Pilates sessions. These classes are intentionally designed to support movement, bonding, and a calm environment for both parent and baby.
What should I bring to Mom & Baby Pilates?
We recommend bringing:
An extra blanket
A favorite toy or two for your little one
We’ve got everything else you need covered.
Do I need to bring water?
You’re welcome to bring your own water bottle. Filtered water and cups are also available in the studio.
When should I arrive for class?
Please arrive at least 5 minutes early to check in and settle into your space. To maintain focus and flow, the studio door closes 5 minutes after the session begins.
How do I pay for classes?
Sessions can be purchased online through our booking system or in person using card or mobile payment. If you need assistance with booking, we’re happy to help.Still have questions?
Do I need prior experience?
No prior experience is required for community classes. For private or small-group training, all new clients begin with an initial one-on-one session to ensure safety, alignment, and appropriate progression.
