Ashara
Ashara is an IBBFA Principal Instructor, ACE-Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Prenatal & Postnatal Specialist. Her coaching blends precision-based strength training with Pilates-informed principles to support alignment, mobility, and safe, sustainable results. She also has specialized training in back pain, muscular imbalances, and working with diverse populations.
Some of her favorite success stories include the grandmother who eliminated chronic back pain and now moves with strength and energy; the wife who takes on hikes, plans trips, and enjoys experiences she once thought were out of reach; and the mom who proudly demonstrates pushups to her teenage kids—along with many others who continue showing up so everyday life feels stronger, more capable, and more energized.
Estee
With roots in barre and a strong focus on core strength, Estee helps new moms, teens, and women of all ages build strength safely and confidently. Her approach is supportive, thoughtful, and accessible, meeting each client where they are while helping them feel capable and strong.
Estee is a certified barre instructor and certified prenatal and postpartum trainer, with advanced education in working with special populations. She is especially passionate about empowering women to move with control, confidence, and strength that lasts beyond the studio.
